The sacred land of India is the miraculous land of the Saints, Greatmen and the religious devoted persons from the ancient times and it has a proud to be the birth place of the different deities , Devatas , Peers, Faqeers and Sadhu-Saints .The praise in favour of this pious land has the mention in different Purans,, the books of great Saints , Gentleman, Faqeers ,Poets and Writers in their writings.According to an ancient mythology the Deities and Devatas from the Paradise,  they longed for taking their birth on this pious land.  In fact they appeared in flesh and blood at the times when there was great necessity for the people to get rid of their sufferings and they aspired for a Divya  Shakti (Devine Power ) who should give relief to their suffering .

To carry forward  this legacy, Bhagwati Jagdamba herself took  her birth in the guise of a girl named “HARBHAJAN KAUR” in the pious village of  BHAM, District Hoshiarpur of Punjab In the guise of  a girl, she is called BHAMESHWARI MATA Ji. She is also known ,  Shree Maa Bhameshwari Devi Ji  and Bhamakali, Mahakali Ji.

There are many Sidh Peeths  in Jalandhar among them the true owner of all Ridhies and Sidhies the name of MAA BHAMESHWARI Shakti Peeth is also remembered with great respect. The people get  their all desires fulfilled after paying tributes to Maa Bhameshwari.The desciples from far and wide offer their true  obeisance to Maa Bhameshwari in the form of Mahakali .  In the temple of Maa Bhameshwari the sound of the bells and the shell in the morning and in the evening and the melodious recitation of Shabads by the desciples /  Devotees present the story of this Divya Shakti (Devine Power)

The method of worship of the Shakti Peeth Maa  Bhameshwari  is different from other Temples. Everyday in the early hours of the day from 4 A.M to 10P.M the worship is carried out for 16 times. Everyday the Aarti is recited according to the religious rituals . After the Path of Durga  Sapatsati,worshipping  and the  bhog, the decoraction  Aarti is recited. At 11A.M again the Aarti is recitedand after bhog at 2P.M, the gates of the temple are closed to give a rest to Bhagwati.  In the evening at 4P.M the gates of the temple are reopened.  In the evening Aarti is recited.During the night at 9P.M again Aarti is recitied and Bhagwat katha is recited and at 10P.M. The fruits bhog is offered,thererafter  a sleeping  Aarti is recited  with recitations of the mantars the gates of the temple are closed up to 3A.M. In the morning.The doors of the temples reopened at 4A.M.

On the 8^th day of Sawan month. She came to know due to her devine service and insight that a pious person is likely  to come to their place of residence. She declared in the presence of all that Smt.Pritam Kaur is likely to deliver a baby boy will take his birth after 2-3 days.He will be having the pierced holes in his both ears for placing the ear rings.On the 3^rd day doubts of the father reached its climax,when Smt.Pritem Kaur delivered baby boy having pierced holes in his both ears for placing the ear rings.Everyone was amazed on the birth of this baby. they were all forced to think whathad happened to this girl ? How she could foretell such events. We are in a doubt that she might be under the influence of some supernatural powers. She had a high fever. Everyone was of the view that the fever had adversely affected her,because of which she was talking about such narrations. Sh.Bishan Singh  sent her to the village  doctor Sh.Dilbagh Singh  alongwith Sh.Rattan Kaur (A nurse )to get her treated. The doctor after examining her informed that she was suffering from high fever due to the small  pox and tried his level best to give her an injection but could not she told the doctor that this fever is not due to any ailment but it is a natural fever.while she was returning home the doctor she arrived at the place where the present Temple is situated.In the past a very small Matti (A raised platform for worship )was raised at the same place. Nobody had any knowledge about it, to which Devta it belonged. While she was returning from the doctor she noticed seven Goddesses standing near the Matti. They told Maa Bhameshwari with smiling faces and in a sweet voice that they would enter into her body tomorrow and she should not afraid at all.Saying this all these Goddesses disappeared into this Matti.

Reaching home she disclosed this incident to an elderly lady, Smt. DhanKaur that seven Goddesses standing near the Matti have told me that they will enter into my body tomorrow and I should not afraid at all . Smt. Dhan Kaur will not care about this. She too  thought  this as blabbering due to her fever. Next day Harbhajan Kaur narrated this incident to her father hesitatingly. At this time there was no excitement on the birth of a son as there was an atmosphere of worries in the family.

Smt.Parsini Devi wife of Sh.Bishan Singh had also expired due to the fever of Small Pox. He began to pray putting a cloth around his neck. “Hey Maa! Please spare my Bhajno, spare my sweetheart daughter, Please excuse her, Please spare her.  He was praying uttering such words with tearfull eyes. But no sign of any sympathy was observed on their face of Maa Bhameshwari. She declared with thunder “ The action of MahaKali cannot be without any result. This  body does not belong to you but it belongs to me. This is our shadow.we will carry her with us at any cost .”

The elder Sister-in-law, Smt. Pritam Kaur wife of Sh.  Tarsem  Singh was on the verge of delivering a child. Before the birth of the child Maa Bhameshwari had told her Sister-in-law that Jogi Raj was coming to her home. He will be having the pierced ears for placing the ear rings. You should name him as Jogi Raj.

After various miraculous episodes the time passed so quickly that no one was able to assess  it. These were the scenes of the Sat Yug. In other words we can say that the four Yugs came for a short while and passed by. Now, Mata ji used to say that our end is drawing very near and we will leave in a very few days. Hearing this from Maa Bhameshwari, all the disciples were feeling a scene of unpleasentness  in their minds. It was unknown what was going to happen? Up to this time nobody had any knowledge when the days and the nights passed  so quickly. They all became cautious on hearing this warning. Sh. Bishan Singh was also feeling very much perturbed. The sound of those words  “ THE ACTION OF MAHAKALI NEVER ENDS IN MISGIVINGS” started reverberating in his ears.

A very learned Pandit Ji was residing in Sarhala Kalan village. Sh. Bishan Singh had a very good faith in him. Pandit Ji told him very sympathetically that Bhagwati Ji has presented herself in your house. You are very lucky person. Your forefathers and the ensuing dynasty are fortunate enough. I do not find any reason of your being perturbed, on whose door such a great power has knocked. Sh. Bishan Singh told him that whatever you have told me is quite correct but the 40 days are also going to be complete. I do not know what is going to happen. Pandit Ji again consoled him. It is all due to the will and the wish of Bhagwati “KARAN KARAWAN KARNEYJOG JO TIS BHAVE SOE HOOG” Whatever she will do it will be in favour of her disciples. She is the mother and the Saviour. Therefore your should dispel your all worries and pay your full attention towards your responsibilities . On hearing the sermons of Pandit Ji, Sh. Bishan Singh was pacified and made himself busy in his routines. Maa Bhameshwari  called her all disciples and told them that the show of 40 days has come to an end now. Today we are to proceed to Kolkata. Due to her this proclamation the hearts of the disciples started to beat excessively,  Satya Devi put her a question with courage, “How will you proceed? What will happen to your body? Mata Ji exclaimed laughing in her sleeves,”Wherever we will go, our soul will always remain in our company. If not then we will carry one of our organs with us” All protested  to her on her saying that one of the organs will be carried away. They all earnestly prayed  to her  not to leave us weeping after making us laugh. The face of Maa Bhameshwari  flushed  with the  kindness and sympathy towards her disciples.Please be pacified. Due to your faith, love and endurance, everything will be alright. Now I am proceeding to Kolkata. Our dead body will remain here. We will be at Kolkata for 3 days, upto that time Please be on guard of my body,If we did not return with in 3  days time  then you may put it on the pyre and  set it on fire. Saying this Maa Bhameshwari quietly went into her retiring room and lie down on her bed. She closed her eyes.The breathing rate was also reduced and slowly stopped.Now all parts of her body became motionless.The divinized body was lying on her bed without breathing activity. Only  the thumb of her right foot used to make its movement after some intervals. In a due course its movement also came to an end.At this time a forecast was received from the blue.”Hey! humane!! Bhagwati Jagdamba is still present in Bham for looking after the welfare of the people.They will remain here. Do not worry at all. Side by side this order was also received that from today onwards devotee. Mr. Raghunath  Singh ji and Bahin Kartari ji will be the followers of Bhagwati.

After the expiry of 3 days on 27^th of  Bhadon, all the disciples /devotees were anxiously waiting for the reactivation of her body as per her saying. In the afternoon the thumb of her rightfoot started to make some movement.The disciples sitting near her body were watching this scene!! Slowly from the feet to her head all the parts of her body started their activation !!! The eyes started their reopening,within a short time her eyes were opened properly. All the disciples were overwhelmed  with joy. On watching this incidence  their eyes were filled up with tears of joy.Now Maa Bhameshwari  was present there.She got up and sat on her bed .

Once upon a time there was a man named Gokal Chand who got some critical dogma in his mind. After approaching Mata ji he started conversing with her on  the subject of Braham and Jeev.Devi ji was listening quietly to his conversation. Devi ji told him that conversing on the subject of Braham. Only, nothing can be achieved. In the period of this KalYug  only the hymnody is the best way of emancipation, only by hymnody the humane can get its emancipation.You can get each and everything by focusing your all  attention and praying your God / Goddess respectively. but Gokal Chand indulged in an unnecessary altercation. There is no God /Goddess without Braham. All the stories about Devi  and Devtas are fictitious. The worshiping of a bodily  frame is an artificial show. Mata ji tried her level best to make him understand very lovingly, but he did not accept the advice of Mata ji. He was obstinate on his point of view and sticked to it.Moreover he did not care to pay any respect to her.  due to his   obstinacy he remained sitting there and remained indulged in his unncessery altercation.He was asked to leave the place if he was not agreeing to her point of view over the subject. Mata ji told him that you cannot understand any language except a fear of death.

Now she attained a full fledged ferocious form . The grandson of Gokal Chand suddenly fell seriously ill. On hearing this news he went to his home. Inspite of many treatments the child did not respond. After 3 days the child’s mother brought himto the temple. On watching Maa Bhameshwari the child came under the spell of Mata Ji  and his body began to tremble. In that condition the child expressed  his grief over the mistake of his grandfather as a result of which he had been forced to bear these sufferings

During 1958, Mata Bhameshwari expressed her desire to build a splendid temple at the place of Matti (A raised platform for worship) According to the desire of Maa Bhameshwari, devotee Mr. Raghunath Singh Ji alongwith other disciples started to dug out the plinth of the construction of the temple. At that time the hymnographer party of Sh. Ram Nath of village Sree Shankar, Jalandhar was singing in the praise of Maa Bhagwati. All the disciples were persuading Maa Bhameshwari to lay down the foundation stone of the temple at the place of the Matti, Mata Ji told them.That the  foundation stone will be laid only in the morning. You see the miraculous event of Maa Bhameshwari. The hymnographic party was singing in the praise of maa bhameshwari, on the other hand on the same night and at the same time seven Devis appeared at the sight of the Matti.and after laying the foundation stone  they all  left ! Nobody was in the picture about the laying of the foundation stone of the temple. In the morning the disciples again persuaded Maa bhameshwari for laying the foundation  stone of the temple. Maa bhameshwari told the disciples that they have already laid the foundation stone during the night.when the disciples went there they saw that the foundation stone had already been laid there .

Mahant Sh. Anant Ram narrated his experience to Lala Narain Dass, a resident of Delhi. Lala Narain Dass was a fast friend of Mahant Sh. Anant Ram and a true devotee to Maa Bhameshwari. On hearing about the greatness of Maa Bhameshwari Sh. Anant Ram, the tears of great contentment were ceaselessly flowing from his eyes. During the night, Bhagwati showed her vision in a dream of  Lal Narain Dass. Due to the divinity of Maa Bhameshwari his heart was full of gratitude towards her. On entering his house by Maa BHameshwari the whole of the house was filled up with huge stock of happiness. Lala Narain Dass was in a great distress in the absence of a child in the house of his son Sh. Amrik Lal. Both husband and wife, alongwith their son and Daughter-in-law were unhappy due to this  reason. All bowed down in the pious feet of Maa Bhameshwari. The wife of Lala Narain Dass prayed to gift with a child to her son Amrik Lal so that this  house may brighten on the arrival of a child. Due to the absence of a child they were experiencing a void in their house. Mata Ji pleasantly blessed her after raising her right hand. After a year a very beautiful girl took her birth in the house of Sh. Amrik Lal. Mata Ji herself named her “MAMTA”. The blessings of Maa Bhameshwari in her real vision used to remain with him. Due to the worshiping of Maa Bhameshwari they did not get only the gift of a charming girl, but also had a tremendous improvement in their financial field, Lala Narain Dass became a prosperous person than before.He  was known amongst the richest persons of Delhi. He was experiencing the kindness of Maa  Bhagwati in his every field of work. Now he made Maa Bhameshwari mandatory to visit Delhi every year. She also accepted his sincere request with great love.It became obligatory for her to go to Delhi and to give her glimpse to them.

The Devotee named Sh. Bhag Singh was a resident of village Bundala. He was a Potter by his profession. He used to prepare the pots from the potter’s earth on the potter’s wheel. After baking these pots in  the potter’s work room he used to sell them in the market and make his livelihood. Due to some unknown reasons the potter’s work room was not properly baking the  pots  thereby causing a great financial loss to him. The pots used to remain unbaked in a routine. Due to this he was very much distressed. Someone told him about the greatness of Maa Bhameshwari and advised him to visit her Darbar. Due to his unbearable distress he reached in the Darbar of Maa Bhameshwari and paid his obeisance in the feet of Maa Bhameshwari and explained the pathetic storyabout his livelihood. She blessed him after raising her right hand. She gave him the sacred water and the Rakh and told him to sprinkle the sacred water all around the potter’s work  room and to place the Rakh on the place  where the unbacked pots were to be arranged. Your  will be fulfilled. Due to the blessing s of Maa Bhameshwari and the words of optimismSh. Bhag Singh  was now  full of confidence. Due to his belief and reliability he received the kindness of Bhagwati. Now he started to scale the new heights of his business.

Sh. Bhag Singh and many other Devotees invited Mata Ji to their village. They welcomed her with their open arms.The  hymnody remained in progress for consecutive 3 days. At the end of his programme the Aarti of Bhahgwati started in the house of Sh. Bhag Singh. An enormous crowd had gathered there. The small children climbed on the top of the roof of his house. It seemed as  if the blowing of the wind had completely been stopped. Sh. Bhag Singh was reciting the Aarti of Bhagwati holding a plate in his hands placing a lighted Jyoti full of Desi Ghee in it. Suddenly the Jyoti put out automatically. This incident attracted the attention of everybody. There were the signs of great distress on the face of Sh. Bhag Singh due to this interruption. He started to look towards Maa Bhameshwari piteously. He prayed to Maa, “Hey Maa! You yourself are a source of this Jyoti. You are the only Power who can eradicate this interruption. The cause of this interruption  has made me very upset. At the end of the pious occasion of the Yug(Jaajna) this type of bad omen has put me  under the cyclone of disbelief. He expressed his inner heart feelings in words and handed over the plate of Jyoti to  his wife.

Maa Bhameshwari listened to Devotee very patiently. She closed her eyes and acquired the posture of meditation. After some time a Jyoti came down in the form of Jawala through the Mogh (A small Hole) kept in the roof for the grains to be dropped down to the floor and lighted the Jyoti and vanished away towards the sky. The sound of Jai Karas started reverberating in the atmosphere. The Aarti restarted with a high pitch. At the end of the Aarti, distribution of Prasad started. The people were having a lack of complacence. Everybody was expecting to receive the Prasad in the first place than the other. The crowd became unmanageable. The unmanageability of the crowd resulted in a very tragic incident. Bhag Singh’s daughter’s son fell down from the roof on  the ground  who was playing with other children on the roof. He became unconscious as he had received very serious injuries. The body started to become cold. He was facing great hardship in his breathing. The condition of Sh. Bhag Singh was very pathetic. He prayed to Mata Ji how I will answer to my relatives? Now it is upto you, either you may cremate  the body of the child or bury it in the graveyard. Maa! I am quite helpless at this stage. Maa was enormously moved. She asked to bring some sacred water from the pitcher. She told to Sh. Bhag Singh that nothing has happened to your  daughter’s son . He will be alright very soon. Saying this she sprinkled the sacred water on the face of the child. The child immediately got up as if he had roused from his sound sleep.He fled away from the place and started to play with the other children.

We  can consider it as a matter of coincidence that both Mr. Raghunath Singh Ji and Bahin  Kartari Ji took their births in village Bham and both of them left for their heavenly abode on the same day, same time and in the same car which met with an accident. Oh! God! Your creation is strange. They both served Maa Bhameshwari from the core of their hearts and left no stone unturned to appease her, rendering their sincere services.

Many a times Bahin Kartari Ji used to say in front of her other devotees  that they will breath their last together. They did not pay any heed towards her unbelievable proclamations. But Kartari Bahin Ji  had a very strong belief that certainly both of them will leave for their heavenly abode altogether. Many a times on the pessimistic views expressed by Mr. Raghunath Singh, Kartari Bahin ji used to say him, “Why you fear of death? I will also accompany you” All the disciples used to negate her views and laugh it away.

On 7^th of October 1979 Mata JI was invited to Sri Ganganagar. The disciples of Sri Ganganagar welcomed Maa Bhameshwari with their open hearts. They all were dipped in the deep sea water of their worship and were considering them to be very lucky. After the termination of the programme now it was  time to see off. On the 17^th of October 1979, Mata Ji left for Bham with their hymnographic party. All have the glimpse of Maa Bhameshwari happily. After this the car of Mata Ji started and set on its journey. The driver of the car was nobody else but devotee Mr. Raghunath Singh. The cruel hand of death was lingering over his head. Bahin Kartari was also sitting next to Maa Bhameshwari alongwith other disciples. The cruelty of mightiest death hand could not be relegated, somehow it must to happen and to snatch the lives of both of them. A person may be bestowed with a long life but one day or the other the cruel jaws of death will make the end of it. Bahin Kartari JI was also approaching alongwith Mr Raghunath Singh near the paws of the cruel death hands. Maa Bhagwati was aware of it but was pretending to be unawareof it. We cannot close our eyes from the realities. Suddenly a patch of dust came in front of the car.The cruel death hand prepared the stage. It was very difficult to bear the separation of herloving disciples by Maa Bhameshwari. She ordered Mr. Ragunath Singh  to stop the car and closed her eyes and attained the posture of her meditation. After making the car off and parking on the left side of the road for sometime. Mr. Raghunath Singh looked towards Maa Bhameshwari. He did not get any orders to restart his car.Watching Mata Ji with her eyes closed and in a posture of meditation, he did not consider it proper to disturb her in this condition. He bowed to Maa  Bhameshwari and restarted the car. Now the car was running on the road with its good speed. The time, place and the cause of death are pre-arranged. They reached Mukatsar Sahib. A truck with a full load was coming from the opposite direction. A patch of dust came between the truck and the car making the visibility very poor. It made the truck out of the sight of Mr.  Raghunath Singh. What happened thereafter was a matter of imagination. The both vehicles met and strike their head on collision. The occupants of the car received multiple injuries. Mr. Raghunath Singh  and Bahin Kartari received very severe injuries. They could not bear the pains of their injuries and both of them  succumbed to their injuries. Thus the same  thing happened which was relegated for 18 years. There was only one change in the episode that Bahin Kartari was also  present at the same place, at the same time and in the same car. Therefore, the oath solemnized in the presence of Maa Bhameshwari during which Bahin Kartari had agreed to part her half life to Mr. Raghunath Singh and the words given by Maa Bhameshwari that they will leave this world for their heavenly abode altogether proved to be true. The whole disciples society fell in the deep sea waters of sorrow. Mata Ji was herself in great grief on their death and their last rites were performed. From the very day Maa BHameshwari made it obligatory not to consume any grain in her entire life and she sticked to it.

During the night on 12^th July 1989 some suspicious and miscreants elements which were feeling great jealously on the increasing number of devotees of Maa Bhameshwari, They found it worthwhile to attack on the temple under the pretext of terrorism which was in vogue in those days. On the fateful night while Mata Ji was reciting the hymns the terrorists launched an attack on the temple after getting them properly prepared and trained to enact such nefarious terrorized act. At that timeMata JI was present in the temple.The use  of rocket launchers was also made. The terrorists attack was launched so secretly that nobody had any information about it. 7-8 Jawans of the Central Reserve Police Force(C.R.P.F) were earmarked for the protection of the temple but out of this strength of C.R.P.F. Jawans some had gone to comb the areas of their responsibilities as on routine beat.When this untoward attack was launched and the rounds from the machine guns and the Rocket Launchers were fired, the flash of the fire  was seen from a distance. The Officer-in-charge of the C.R.P.F. Guard was dining in the dining hall behind the temple at that time. He was stunned to hear the sudden bursts of the rounds of Machine Guns and the Rocket Launchers. When he stood up and looked back , he was amazed to witness the scene!Mata Ji was standing there carrying a Trishul in her one hand and in the other hand she had raised in the posture of blessings. The face of Mata Ji was quite blackish. The rest of her body was of humane. Watching this scene he was full of astonishment. Mata Ji told him not to fear at all “We are with you” only these four words were heard by him when a bullet ricochet his right foot boot. He immediately came down from the dining hall and ordered his men to put off all the lights of the dome of the temple. All the doors and the windows were also shut down. The attack remained in force for about half an hour. Nobody from the village dared to come out of their houses due to the fear of the terrorists. There were so many devotees sitting in front of the Temple also. Mata Ji tried to come out from the temple but the devotees did not let her go outside. She opened the window which falls in front of her ceremonial chair which gives a view of the Kitchen and started to look outside. Hardly had she opened the window that she saw a bullet fired from the Rocket Launcher was approaching  to the temple. After coming in sight of Maa Bhameshwari it striked against the wall of the temple and fell down like a small pebble without causing any damage to the wall of the temple. In this way, during their stay at the window all the rounds of the Rocket Launchers were felling on the ground like small pebbles after striking the walls of the temple without causing any damage to it. During this attack one of the statues of the Lions established on the roof of the entrance got minor damage due to the strike of a bullet on its jaw, otherwise all the devotees and the templewere quite safe and sound and nobody suffered any injuries.

After some time Maa Bhameshwari went to Dehradun. On their way to Dehradun some Kms short of Dattwali Mahakali Temple there is a small bridge over a nullah. The driver of the car saw a ferocious being standing there on the road. He came to know clearly that it was nothing else but a man eater lion. He quickly put the car in the reverse gear and put it on the road leading towards Saharanpur. Mata Ji enquired of him about his state of panic. After hearing him very soberly, she ordered him to take the car again to that place.The driver was forced to drive the car to that place The man eater lion was still standing there as if it was waiting their return. The man eater lion was showing its love like a pet dog. After having the glimpse of Maa Bhameshwari, it noded his head three times towards the earth. The occupants of the car were watching it with a mixture of worship, fear and astonishment. The Lion started to look towards Mata Ji very piteously. The car was switched off. The order of Mata JI could not be relegated, but all were full of fear of the man eater lion.The king of the jungle completed a circuit of the car as if it was doing its circumambitency around it. Mata Ji was looking towards it very pleasantly and it was exhibiting its love towards Mata JI. Mata JI told him by her motherly expression,”Hey the king of the jungle, you may please go away now. All the occupants of the car are full of fear of you” A headlight of the truck was seen coming from the opposite direction of the road. The lion looked towards Mata Ji as if it was desirous of getting leave of her and lost in the jungle.

The sermons of Bhagwati were heard by the disciples only due to their luck. During the year 1992 in the midnight the administrative staffof the TRI-DEV came to Bhagwati, They respectfully asked to carry her to the Paradise. Due to the affective fallacy of the disciples. The Kind hearted Mata  Ji made up her mind to stay on there for sometime more. But the people of the TRI-DEV were very eager to put  an end of her affective fallacy towards her devotees. They asked her that the Golden Ring she was wearing was very attractive. Kindly give the same to us. We are badly in need of the same. You will have to abide by our request. In the morning she shared this episode with her lovable disciples and started to laugh in her sleeves. She narrated to them that she made an excuse to them that there are some important works lying pending for their completion. If these were not so important certainly we would  have complied willingly to your wishes.

The hymnographer party assembled to proceed to Jagannathpuri. The party started its journey for Jagannathpuri from Howrah. On 19^th June 1993, the Hotel Seegal(Puri) situated on Swarg Road on the Bank of sea was the liking of each and everyone. Mata Ji told all of them that Shri Chaitaniya Maha Prabhoo got his salvation at this place. This is very sacred place. It has been declared as a most pious place in the Kall Yug. Shri Jagannath Ji is obviously present here. All the devotees took their dip in the sea waters and paid obeisance to Subhadara Ji, Balram Ji and side by side  in front of the statue of Shri Jagannath Ji.

As it was a night of the Krishan Pakash the deep darkness prevailed everywhere obviously, all the devotees were lying  on the carpet, spreading out in the Hall and were taking their rest after their tiresome journey. Some of Antrang disciples were in a state of great worries in regard to the health aspect of Maa Bhameshwari. The repeated utterances to carry them to the other world by the representatives of the distant world were creating great doubts and an amazing atmosphere. After reaching at such a distant place from Bham and talking about the sinking of the sun below the horizon in the East was a great cause of worrying. The sermons, melodious behavior used  to erode the passiveness of a person. No, it cannot happen like that so early. She has to complete so many outstanding works. The Chief disciple Usharani Ji was  deeply indulged in different types of her thoughts, lying in her bed spreading out on the floor.

The utterences of Maa Bhameshwari was having the deep impression on the spectrum of her mind and were giving an indication, the worst going to happen i.e. this place is very sacred, 60,000 Tiraths are submerged into the sea at this place. Bhagwan Shri Chaitanya Maha Prabhoo got his salvation here. Bhagwan Shri Jagannath Ji is occupying his Ceremonial Chair at this place. The waves of the sea were presenting a very dreadful scene at that time. The blackness of the night was also depicting a very terrible show at that time.

At about 1200 of that fateful  night, Mata Ji got up from her bed and went to the Bath Room to make herself pious. She passed her urine and evacuation. After this she came back to her bed and lay down very comfortably. The Chief Disciple Usharani  offered her the milK and Kalakand. At this time all the Devtas were repeatedly requesting her to get ready to go to the Distant World. Mata JI was repeatedly answering them that they are quite independent , We came here due to our independent desire and will  go back according to our will and wish. The conversation of this type was extended upto an hour between the Devtas and Maa Bhameshwari. In the long run the Devtas were able to convince her and to bring her on their point of view to take Maa Bhameshwari to the distant world. She asked Usharani to fetch a glass of water for her. Taking the glass of water in her hands , she came under the influence of Mahakali. On hearing the shrieks devotee Mr. Mahinder Pal also got up. On seeing the precarious  condition of Maa Bhameshwari, he started to offer her the smoke of the Holy Dhoop. Dye to coming under the influence of Maa Mahakali the body of Maa Bhameshwari turned to be blackish. The glass of water fell down and the water splashed on the floor. She indicated towards the splashed water on the ground(that her end was drawing very near). What was intended to happen has happened in the end. We cannot  do anything. We are quite helpless. Due to the utterances  of such pessimistic words by Maa Bhameshwari, the Chief Disciple Usharani became very restless. She got up and called the other disciples from other rooms. All of them were in a state  of fearfulness due to this untoward incident. Such form of  Maa Bhjameshwari was beyond their bearing and was quite fearful. Due to the prime darkness of the night and being hundreds of miles away in the far flunged place, the situation was considered to be very serious and beyond description.

The body of Maa Bhameshwari started to wither away slowly. She closed her eyes. Now she was not looking towards anybody. In the posture  of her meditation and getting herself intensified, she attained a form of peace, she lay down on her bed  making herself completely comfortable. She spread her both legs apart from each other and was lying very peacefully, her body became activated. An unaccustomed action was noticed in her body. This sudden change in her body made each and everyone very restless. The body started to give an electric shock while touching it. All the disciples sitting there started to look towards Maa Bhameshwari very amazingly.

On 21^st of January 1993, a ray of light made an exit from her body and disappeared in the horizon. All felt a shock of disbelief. Now the body of Maa Bhameshwari was lying motionless and very calm and quite. The activation of her body was eroded away. But on touching her feet the shocks were still experienced  like the shocks of the electricity. The motionlessness  of the body and the peace observed on her face made it crystal clear that what was intended to  has happened at the last.
